Social Game Changers: A social skills and connection-based gaming group using tabletop games to build communication skills, teamwork, empathy, emotional awareness, and social confidence.

Healing Through Horticulture: A supportive group led by a licensed psychologist and a master gardener. Participants will learn about the impact of trauma, develop coping skills, and connect with others through interactive plant-based activities that promote healing, resilience, self-awareness, and well-being.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): This is a 6 week closed group by referral only. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with Eastern mindfulness practices. Originally developed to treat individuals with borderline personality disorder, DBT has proven effective for a range of mental health conditions. In the context of relationships, DBT emphasizes the development of interpersonal effectiveness skills. These skills are particularly valuable in improving communication, managing conflicts, and fostering healthier relationships.
